02 / Technical operation
Accessing the website and hosting by Wix
Technically necessary data is processed when you access this website. This may include your IP address, date and time of access, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and status codes.
Processing is carried out to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security, and identify technical errors or abusive access. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of our online service.
The website is provided as a Wix-managed headless application using the infrastructure of Wix.com Ltd. and affiliated companies. Wix processes technical usage and log data as a service provider. Processing may take place in Israel or other third countries. The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for Israel; according to Wix, other international transfers are based in particular on appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Further information: Wix Privacy Policy.
The fonts, images and videos used on this website are delivered through Wix infrastructure. No fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and no external maps or social-media plugins are loaded when the site is accessed.
03 / Device data
Technically necessary cookies
Wix uses session and security cookies for technical operation. At the time of this policy, these include wixSession, client-session-bind, server-session-bind and bSession. They support session assignment, secure delivery, system monitoring and error analysis.
Storage of or access to this information is necessary to provide the website expressly requested by the user and is based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Subsequent processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We currently do not use our own analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.
If services requiring consent—such as analytics, marketing or external media—are added in the future, they will only be activated after consent has been provided and this policy will be updated accordingly.
04 / Communication
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your sender address, the content of your message, communication metadata and any additional information you provide voluntarily in order to handle your inquiry.
If your inquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR is the legal basis. In other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in appropriately handling business inquiries. Where you have given consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR also applies.
We use Microsoft 365 for email communication. Recipients may therefore include Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited and its subprocessors. International transfers are based on the data-protection safeguards provided by Microsoft.
We retain inquiries only for as long as necessary to process them and address possible follow-up questions. Statutory retention periods, particularly for communications relevant to commercial or tax law, remain unaffected.
05 / Recipients and retention
Disclosure and deletion
We disclose personal data only where necessary for the purposes described above, where required by law, or where you have given consent. Recipients may include hosting, IT, email and security service providers that are contractually engaged as processors where required.
Personal data is deleted or anonymized once the relevant purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations or legitimate grounds require continued storage. Specific retention periods for technical log data depend on security requirements and the configuration of the Wix services used.
06 / Data subject rights
Your data protection rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), data portability (Article 20 GDPR) and objection (Article 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, send a message to info@greenjoule.de. Under Article 77 GDPR, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the place of your residence, employment or the alleged infringement.
This website does not carry out decision-making based solely on automated processing, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
07 / Security and updates

This website is transmitted in encrypted form using HTTPS/TLS. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, alteration and unauthorized access.
We update this privacy policy whenever the services used, processing activities or legal requirements change. The version published on this website at the relevant time applies.
